This a song about the BOSTON RED SAWKS so Cinda PAY ATTENTION and if you're a Yankees fan then you may want to pass on this one. Jimmy Collins was the player/manager of the 1903 team that won the World Series (<<< clicky linky) that year and the names of the players mentioned in the song were on the roster that year.
The CD came out in 2013, but this was taped at a Christmas party around Christmas of 2012 before the CD was released. As Ken Casey was saying, they didn't want to indicate or think that this would be any kind of omen or anything for the success of the Red Sox in 2013 but I guess it worked, didn't it?
The Red Sox won the World Series that year, their third in the past ten years.

Off With Their Heads "Eyes of Death" off of their CD "In Desolation."
The lead singer wrote this about his mother who suffered and died from cancer when he was a teenager. A sad song but very moving.
