I'm a full time student plus an ncaa athlete so I really do not have much time. I am going to order my humi right now..........
is the seasoning kit you can add on to it worth the 4 bucks?

Don't buy stuff to "season" your humidor, you just need some distilled water in a shot glass. If you want to wipe down the humidor with a damp paper towel (made damp with distilled water of course).
And, it's not just about when you can smoke, as you read, you'll soon find out that cigars taste better with age in almost every case. I've still got cigars from my original box purchases over 3 years ago. A cooler allows you to age all sorts of beautiful cigars for a very, very, very long time (they can go up to just about 50 years without going bad).

I hope that the hygrometer is good.
This should be a good start.
hydrometer is only as good as your calibration... make sure you calibrate it, and if its constantly not reading what the beads should be, recalibrate it to make sure its not the hydrometer... i use one of those heartfelt adjustables in my 150ct, but in my cooler, i use a $7 walmart job... i trust em both just the same though... i got a little 30ct humi to start with and it was a good size for a dorm room, just set it on a little end table i had set up... later, i picked up a 50qt cooler and stuck it in my closet with a pound of heartfelt beads as an expansion... worked fine, you'll be alright with that 50 even if you do need more room... just remember, Wal*Mart: 120qt cooler-- $43 ; digital hydrometer-- $7 ; add some beads and there ya go...
Awsome thanks a ton. You all were a great help
