Question on a Torpedo Cigar

I have a cigar from ISOM that is a torpedo. It has a Gold label with a big R in the middle and the number 1845 ( facing the foot) below the R and a series of 7 dots above the R (facing the head). Other than that, there is no other identifing characteristics

This is a really nice cigar and I'm trying to find out who makes it and haven't had any luck so far. It was brought back from Europe (italy, I think) and wondered if anyone had any knoweldge of such a cigar
