  1. Default Good Flint "Roller" Lighters?

Hey all... I've been using butane lighters for quiet some time for Cigar lights and miss the novelty of a soft flame.

I've been looking around for something along the lines of a Dupont - a lighter with a flip-up top, reliable, and a roller used to ignite. My price is limited to below 100$.

I've seen a few random lighters on eBay that I considered passable... Also seen some lighters that fit the criteria at elighters.com: http://www.elighters.com/gensym-11.html

^ that is the look I'm going for with the lighter. Does anyone know of any reliable lighters with an adjustable and soft flame that come in that body shape? I love the sound they make when you flip em up Even if they were butane fueled, I don't mind, as long as it's a soft flame and flip up top with a roller. Anything under 100$ that anyone knows of?

    Thanks!

My rec. would be hold off. Wait and get a ST Dupont lighter. You dont have to go very high end. At $300-$400 you will get exactly what your looking. Your lighter will be worry / trouble free and and you will be able to pass it down through generations. Buy once...... buy quality.

Zippo has a new line out of butane fueled, flint strike lighters. Not too expensive. Don't know about the soft flame part or not. I believe they are called zippo blue.

They sit right at and just above your $100 limit, but I have an IM Corona lighter and I absolutely love it.

They make butane torch Zippo inserts. The problem is that they will still have a plunger style electric igniter.
