    Default Jackson trial

Guilty or Innocent and how long do you think it'll take them to come up with a decision. I think they'll say he's innocent and it'll take 3 days. Even though i think he's guilty.

I think they'll find him guilty and I have no freakin' idea how long that will take but I'll venture a guess of four days.

Goddam weirdo..........and DEFINITELY a child molester, no doubt about it BUT as quietc suggested, whether they actually FIND him guilty is another story.

    Kinda like OJ Simpson..........

Who here thinks OJ didn't kill his ex-wife and her boyfriend Ron Goldman?

    he made thriller. thriller!

i say he's guilty. i think they will find him not guilty. and stupid parents will continue to allow their children to spend the night with that freak

I think he is Guilty. And I think the parents are Guilty and should be sent away too. After what has been heard, even if it isn't true, what parent would let their child around him if they weren't looking to cash in. Abunch of

He's going to "beat it" and be found innocent of the felony charges. His attorney did a thorough job of destroying the prosecution witnesses.

I'd be suspicious of ANYONE who builds a theme park for kids in his backyard....

I don't know if there would be a more adequate test for the state to determine as to whether or not a given person is a good parent, but asking them if they would allow their kid(s) to go to the Jackson estate would be a pretty darn good indicator. Let's see, you have a singer who has faced a lot of accusations of impropriety, he has a giant theme park for "grooming" purposes, and yes-he admitted on t.v. that kids sleep in his bed. Gee, that's a hard one to figure out for any parent. You really have to wonder about what in the world some parents are thinking.

    What about Walt Disney?

The major problem with commenting on the sensationalized trials we all see in the major media outlets is that we are NEVER exposed to all of the evidence the jury hears. With that in mind it is speculation at best for any of us to say "He is guilty" or "He is innocent". All we can state is our opinoin based on the limited and sensationalized media coverage of the trial.

I agree that his prior history and general "weirdness" sure raise some eybrows and make me think that not all was right in Neverland. One would generally not pay millions of dollars to someone claiming you molested their child if in fact it never happened . . . I don't care how much money you have.

In my opinion (based on all of the hyped and sensationalized media coverage) the entire family is off their nut and Jacko touched the boy. However, I think the jury will vote for aquittal. We will see soon . . .

All I have to say is that as a parent (which I'm not) I would be damned if my child (male or female) would sleep in the same room as a grown man. It is just plain sick. If the boy in fact got molested you have to put the blame on the kid's parents as well as Jacko.

Your post was the very first source to me as to what the verdict was. I'm glad that I was correct(as usual on many things mind you ) I was, but nevertheless, it's amazing how the D.A. screwed up the case.

I don't think it was so much the DA screwing up as it was a great defense put on. They did a hell of a job.

If he was guilty...As I believe him to be...I hope this puts an end to his twisted ways.

I still think he's guilty of molesting little boys and unfortunate that he got away with it, just like O.J. Simpson did. I had high hopes that the jury would see it differently but I guess not.
