Actually, Kyle has been traversing the country due to his business, and he's been MIA for as long (or perhaps even longer) than CNB.

Not exactly. I saw Spiffy's intro over on BOTL. The traitor has jumped ship. CNB might have done the same under a new name.

They should be forced to smoke a Murial Magnum and then walk the plank.

No one can be 100% positive, but if CNB isn't around it's NOT because he has found a new board or is trying to stiff JFellows.
Until we know for sure what happened it's all useless speculation.

Very true. I'm good at useless speculation, but then I didn't say anyone was trying to stiff anyone either.

Hello everyone, I got a call from Shelby today. He asked how I was doing, and I told him a few things that have been on my mind.

Back when I was last on vacation, I went back to the doctor after having a few tests. Bad news. She's been trying to get me to have surgery for a while now and I finally gave in. So she put me on a liquid diet right after Memorial day and it's making me sick as hell. I have to lose quite a bit of weight in about 90 days. Sour stomach all the time, and cigars just made it worse. And the surgery has been on my mind big time so that's about all I've been thinking about.

I have e-mailed JFellows to let him have my apologies and told him I will get his sticks out asap. Might as well have someone smoke them for me. About once a week I try to smoke one and end up getting sick as hell.

I doubt you will see much of me in the near future. This is weighing heavily on my mind, and this liquid diet is making me so sick I don't even want to think about cigars.

i don't want anyone to feel sorry for me. I'm pretty sure I'll be OK but I've never had surgery before, but I've seen family members go through several serious surgeries, and watched my dad spend a week in ICU, so I'm pretty terrified.

So I hope all is well with everybody. God willing I will come out of this OK this fall and be back to my cigar smoking ways. I don't really want to share any more details, but my health is at risk and I don't want to chicken out so I'm really struggling.
There's only two kinds of cigars, the kind you like and the kind you don't.

As I said in the email, PLEASE ensure that your health is your priority. The cigars are a non-issue when there are serious matters at hand. Good luck and prayers will be with you.

We'll think about you each and every day. I recently had major abdominal surgery. Screwed around with an ulcerated appendix and whammo in a few days I had developed peritonitis. I was lucky to come out of that one alive. You need to follow through. The surgery wasn't really all too bad. Just an inconvenience. Keep us informed.

    fuck man.

One, I'm glad you're taking care of this health issue.
Two, as you are a mainstay on this board, thanks for tying up this loose end with JF.
Three, While i appreciate both your fear and need for privacy around this issue, please don't keep us in the dark - just maybe drop us the occassional line and let us know that you're like still kickin'.
Four, that is outstanding that you're following the doc's orders and dropping the weight - you're gonna feel better for it.
Five, good to hear from ya bro.

    prayers and well wishes.

Also - thanks to Shelby for taking the initiative to call CNB.

Thanks for checking in, I was glad to hear everything was "ok". Good luck with your health issues, the cigars will only get better with some age.
