    Default New Member from Chilly MN

    Hello from Min-e-so-tuh!

    Just saying hey. I have been a pipe smoker for ~2 years and am migrating to cigars. I really enjoy the pipe smoking experience, but I only get to smoke once every 1-2 weeks (to find the time with two kids...) and cigars seemed better suited to that for me.

    I enjoy Samuel Gwaith pipe tobaccos, 1792 and Full Virginia Flake for example.

    Cigars I have had and enjoyed have been limited, but include: Rocky Patel's Edge, Sancho Panza (dont remember the stick in particular though), H. Upmann Signature Seriesl; however my exposure is almost as limited as my budget.

    I am currently building a coolidor and have a bundle of the RP Vintage 1992 2nds coming.

    I am looking forward to reading and posting more on this board. From what I have read so far, this looks like a good community to share a passion with.

    I'm an occasional pipe smoker myself, haven't fired up the briar in a while though. Escudo, Erinmore Flake, Squadron Leader are a few of my favorites.

    Welcome from central Oregon. Where in Minnesota are you?

    I am actually in Rochester as I type this. There is a possibility that we might be moving here in the future. Although, I know very little about Minnesota.

    I would someday like to try the pipe tobacco, but my budget limits me. And I am still a newb to cigars.

    I really like the Sancho Panzas as well, especially the xtra fuentes. Stick around, this board is great.

    I am in St. Cloud, MN. It is north of Rochester, in Central MN. About 1 hour from the northern edge of Minneapolis.

    Ironically, my wife and I are thinking of moving to Oregon someday. Go figure.
