I think it's just a disclaimer so that they don't get in trouble with the law. I've never been asked to verify my age other then when I registered. But with that being said they may not even allow you to register if you are under 21. Have you tried to register? If not, go for it. See what happens.
i just went ahead and knocked back my year of birth to 87 when it asked.

I placed my first online cigar order today at cigarsinternational thanks in part to this thread. Ordered a five pack of the Romeo y Julieta Reserve Real Churchills and a Rocky Patel five-cigar sampler (#2) with a travel humidor.
The more I read, the more I want to buy. I just saw the deal on the five-pack of Rocky Patel Decades in another thread, but decided I better wait until this order is delivered before I make another.
I feel myself slipping down that slope I was warned about.
