I have to say, Great choice for this month's selection Chris!

I set fire to one of the lanceros tonight, perfect burn, intense flavors, and very enjoyable.

They pack a bit of a punch for such a small package.

    Thanks My Friend!

I was trying to get something special going but it didn't work out. I'm thinking of calling it for the summer months. If someone else wants to step forward feel free.

badwhale and I've discussed this deal going on now for Romeo y Julieta Habana Reserve Love Story

Box of 27. Split for ways, that's 7 7 7 6. I'll take the seven, that's fine. Split four ways is pretty damn cheap - probably around $20 or so. We could also split it three ways - 9 9 9. Don't know how many people would want that many cigars. I guess, theoretically, we could split it 5 ways. I don't care. I'd like to try these, and if it's okay with DG, I'll run this this one time/month.

    What say you guys?

    *** EDIT ***
Did some math. Works out to be $2.78 per stick. If you were interested in a fiver, it would be $13.90, plus whatever it would cost to get it here (split with everyone else in the box split), then whatever it would cost to get it to you (usually $5 and change). Good way to get a cheap trade under your belt for newbs. Only if you're interested. I'll shut up now.

I'm in for either, but would prefer a 9 spot. Hell, I'm looking at it and thinking "whole box... do it do it!!!"

I'd be interested in the RjY Love Storys 9, 7, 3.1459, whatever.

One I found that didn't get spectacular reviews but would be interesting is a Costa Rican Puro Don Tuto Cigars. Comes in at 2.92 a stick and 14.60 for a 5er.

That was my first thought too. lol

I'm up for trying cigars I haven't had before, so whether it's this RjY or Tutos or a different cigar, I'm game.

    Okay, so there's some interest.

As it stands now, there are a total of 6 people interested in the RyJ Habana Reserve Love Story's.

I figured we could evenly split two boxes - we'd each get 9 cigars.

    2 boxes is $157.90.

The price for a 9 pack of these to each of you breaks down like this:

    $26.32 for the cigars
    $4.80 for priority shipping

    $31.12 total

PM me if you need my address. I would like to order these by next Friday. I would appreciate a money order. Sorry.

Please let me know if you have any questions, want more than 9 or less than 9. We can probably work something out.

Funny, I just got an e-mail from my local store offering some RyJ Ex. #4's (robustos) that they found. Over 3x the price, though.

Looks like a good split, but I'll pass, thanks - summer is here!

P.S. Ship'n'Click - save fifteen cents on shipping! $4.80 with ship'n'click and a USPS small flat rate box - USPS will even mail you the empty boxes for free!

Is there time left for me to get in on this?

9 pack as you lay it out sounds fine to me.

    Let me know, thanks!

I'd be down for a 9 pack as well, I guess that just means we need one more for a third box?

Ya'll are both in. Get me your $ asap. Maybe someone will want to double-up on their order. Don't worry about it.

That goes for anyone else that would like to get in on this as well. All rules in first post enforced. Communication is everything in this community. Please let me know if you need my addy.

I'll post up a comprehensive list of box split participants tomorrow sometime.

Don Tuto cigars are a true micro batch cigar. They can be difficult to find in stock on his site.Pedro has a relationship with Herfers Paradise and sells a lot of product to HP'ers. They are a different cigar, very musty in a good way. You might not like a Tuto if you have never had a musty cigar. They benifit from 6 months of aging but are spicy right off of the rolling tableI prefer the maduro
