As far as Beer of the Month, I've heard good things about bottletrek.com. I know a cigar shop/beer store owner who buys from them constantly because he lives in a state where he can't get good beer. Thank God I moved from there.

I order from the CI cigar of the month club and find the choices pretty good and diverse. For $20/month, its a fair deal.
