Ohhhhh Jammmmesss....if you need more holla. I'm at the half way mark on a five gallon bottle of water. AND,,,,,,,,yes I took the water out before I put the bands in.There's some really nice bands in there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
