Default Top 5 (even top 10 if you have it)

I don't know about you guys, but whenever I do any traveling....business or pleasure, I try to plan my trip around places to eat and cigar shops.

Every now and then you find a great deal from a B&M. Now, this deal is so great that you have to buy a box of it or ALL that was available without considering personal budget constraints.

With that in mind, what are your top 5 cigars (if you have 10, then go for 10) that you will not hesitate to buy when offered to you at $1 per stick below retail (that's after tax and all that jazz) or roughly 10-20% off box prices (if this doesn't tickle your fancy, what % would)? Please don't include HTF sticks, cuz we all know we are willing to pay 10-20% more than what it is worth, at least I know I would.

Ex. From what I could find, retail for a box of DC Max Robustos are $170-$180 (this is from cigarcyclopedia site)? What if you can get this between $130-$150?

    My top 5-10 list:
    Ashton VSG
    Illusione
    Diamond Crown Maximus
    Cabaiguan
    Tatuaje
    Arturo Fuente Hemingways
    Arturo Fuente Don Carlos
    Padron Anniversary Natural or Maduro
    Perdomo ESV '91 Maduro
    La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero
Oliva V (these are cheap enough, but if I can get it at a discount, OH YEAH!)

My tastes are always migrating, but currently....

Camacho Corojo LTD. - 11/18 or preferably the Scorpion sizes
    Illusione 888
AF Anejo 46 or 55 (I guess I'm an oddball, I really don't care for Sharks).
    Ashton VSG Illusion
    ANY Padron
    Camacho Triple Maduro 11/18
    Don Pepin Black Label
    Don Pepin Blue Label
AF Sun-Grown Chateau (already inexpensive, but one of my favorites).
    Tatuaje Brown labels

This list changes from week to week...

I'd have to say my top cigars are:

    Ashton VSG Torpedo
    Padron 1964 Anniversary
Tatuaje Havana VI (Verocu No. 2)
AF Hemingway (WOAM is my fav)
    Graycliff (When they're cheap)
La Flor Dominicana (Lots of Ligero)
    Camacho (Any will do)
    Oliva and Nubs
    Coronado
    AF Anejo (Shark)

I'd probably say I would go out of my way to my hands on these and savor them to the last nub, but there are a lot I haven't tried enough of to get my head wrapped around them. Notable ones are probably the DC Maximus series, Ashton ESG, LX2 line, Opus X and Illusiones. I'm sure there are more but there are just so many good cigars out there

Wow, it's astonishing the many similar cigars people chose for their list.

Says a lot about that brand!

What I find interesting are the differences in responses to your post on different boards (the ones that I'm on, anyhow ).

With one exception, my top 10 don't meet your availability definition - they're all cigars that I can easily get locally, but you can't . The exception is the Padron Maduro
