Hello to everyone, my name is Ryan from Iowa now living in Nebraska. I have been a cigar smoker for about ten years now but before I could even buy them cigars held a certin mystique to me. I look forward to getting to know people better and sharing information when I can. Its to hard to single out one single cigar as my favorite but my go to 'quick' smoke would have to be Fuente curly heads.

Sweet! I spent an entire summer in that exact area in 2007. Atlantic, Anita, Adair and other small towns. Even went to the Cass County Fair. Hit the smoke shops in Old Town/Market- Omaha. Beautiful part of the country!!! I would love to go back and visit someday when I can scrape up the time and change.

Hey man I'm still ticked we couldn't arrange some type of get together when you were in Iowa. Anyway next time you happen to be in Omaha try to avoid the Old Market smoke shops. The guy in the one i went to was just kind of an asshole. You want to hit up a shop owned by a decent guy make a point to locate Nickleby's Cigar shop. The owner, Tim, is very friendly. When my wife and I were doing fertility treatments down there we would stop regularly the first time I went in and talk with him he was very helpful and friendly, he knew his stuff. I bought three cigars and couple of lighters and before I left he said "hold on one sec I'm gonna get you something to smoke." went in the humidor and just gave me a cigar. Not to mention at a lot of places my wife feels out of place while waiting for me in the humidor but Tim has always been very friendly and respectful to her. Very good dude.

Anyway welcome to the forum from a fellow Iowa guy Fallguy.

Nicklebys is my primary stop actually, just a stones throw inside the city from where I come in at. Its nice to have someplace to go in the old market for smokes but I avoid that shop too, i like the old market area but to many of the same people down there, people that want you to pay 'studio' prices for garage sale stuff.
