Default Anyone Think They Can Identify This?

So when I went back to CO over christmas, I went to my local tobacconist and picked up one of their remainder grab-bags (never know what I'm gonna get, and usually pretty good value). I usually have an easy enough time identifying what's in the bag, but I got stumped on this one (and unfortunaly left before I could ask at the shop). It says Montecristo on the front, but is unlike any Montecristo band I have ever seen, and measures about 7" x 50 and is torpedo shaped.

And then on the side of the band is a picture of what looks to be the base of the Eiffel Tower:

So anyone have an idea of what this might actually be? Thanks
