    Default Home Closing Contest

Ok, here's a little contest to celebrate our first home purchase.

If you have over 100 posts, you're eligible to win. To be eligible to win, if you have less then 100 posts, you need to actively participate in the boards positively. There are some newbs here that I think should be included.

There will be 2 winners. One for each main question(marked A). Each question will also have 1 tie-breaker question(marked B). In the event that the main question and the tie-breaker question are both answered correctly by more then one person, the first one to post wins. If one person wins both contests, I will still be picking a winner for the 2nd prize which will be the the second closet person for question #2. The person that wins both will get an extra special prize.

One answer per question, per person. No editing posts after answers have been submitted. Edited posts will be disqualified.

If no one guesses the exact answers for either main questions, the closet to the correct answer wins.

Tie-breaker questions are for tie-breaking only. Closest to the correct answer for the main question wins.

Contest ends the day I actually close on the house and have the deed in my hands(this would be the winning answer for question #1).

    Question #1:
A.What will my actual closing date be?
Keep in mind that that I actually went into contract on 1/30/09. Also in New York closing date can take place 30 days prior or 30 days after the contracted closing date(posted elsewhere :hint, hint:). And in certain circumstances the seller can push back the closing date 5 days additional to the original 30 days after.

    Tie breaker for question #1:
B.What style of house are we purchasing?(i.e. ranch, cape, etc...)

    Question #2:
A.What is the house # of my future home?(hint-it's between 1-100)

    Tie breaker for question #2:
B.What town in Nassau County, New York am I moving to?

Good luck everyone. FYI, I just finished up a 13 hour work day so if anything doesn't make any sense please ask for me to clarify.
