Welcome to CS!
Concerning sealing, there is much OCD on this subject... Getting a drawer to seal completely is nearly impossible. You say the humidity stays in an acceptable range? It sounds like you're using an active humidifier, like an Oasis or Hydra? These should more than make up for any slight leak you may have. As for the consistency throughout the humidor, I would suggest picking up some Rh beads to place in trouble spots.
If the seal is REALLY bad, a strip of thin closed-cell rubber weatherstripping around the inside face of the drawer might help. (or wherever it may fit, hard to tell from those pictures).
