    Default A Decent Score...

So I called an old friend the other day and the conversation eventually led to cigars. He tells me he quit smoking cigars about 4 years ago and that he still had some stogies sittin in the humidor at a local B&M. He said I was free to take whatever he left. So I open the box and find these puppies -

These have been aging for 4 years in this B&M! 5 Robusto, 4 XXX, and 1 Petit Lancero. I can't wait...

Yeah, that concerns me a little bit. They were inside the humidor but they were kept in an old cheap Carlos Torano box with no direct humidification. I'm gonna be really disappointed if they're dried out and nasty. I need to compare them to an Opus X that I know is good. At least I didn't pay for them. I'll try one as soon as I get over this cold. They kinda smell like pipe tobacco. What do you guys think?

If they were in a humidor thy ought to be fine. Opus are best smoked dry anyway since their wrsspper is close to fireproof.

BTW Torano are not cheap cigars,$ for $ they are superior to any fuente product ever made.

I was referring to the Torano box not their cigars. I really enjoy Torano cigars

Kevin cigars 101, you need to remove the cellophane before lighting bud, taking off the cool red ribbon helps as well.
