Default Hey guys, new around here

Just wanted to /wave to the community! :-D

I'll browse around posts so I can get a better feel for everyone... glad to be here!

I just got into cigars about 3 or 4 months ago, so I still have to stick it to fairly mild/medium bodied cigars... the stronger ones still give me nicotine overload or make me sick if I didn't just eat a big meal lol

    Hope everyone's doing well!

Welcome to the board man. It's amazing how much your tastes for cigars can change over time smoking. I had a friend who used to hate maduros with a passion now his mouth waters when you say "Hey camacho is making a triple maduro cigar." or "man have you tried the Sancho Panza Double Maduro yet?' It's a really interesting thing to experience and cool to see.

Well, like I said I've been smoking for 3 months.

Oliva Series G is a medium bodied smoke, and when I first tried one, I was sick all night.

Had one last week and loved it.

So, already the taste buds and the nicotine tolerance is starting to change. I still try to stay away from the maduro wrappers for the most part though. I was given an "Indian Tabac Cigar Co" in a maduro wrapper that I'm sitting on because I don't want to just waste it by not enjoying it, yet I don't want to give it away lol

That is actually a really good plan. My Uncle made the mistake of gifting me an Opus X early on in my cigar smoking and I being a super noob wasn't smart enough to just leave it in the Humidor for a little while. Needless to say I ended up wasting a really good cigar and felt pretty bad afterwards.
