Smoke 5 Vegas Gold ~ Robusto

Wrapper: Connecticut
Draw: Light to Medium throughout
Burn: Even with small cone throughout, Runs good by itself, flawless burn.
Misc: 45-60 minute smoke, Nose exhale exhibits mild burn.

Pre-light: Very light wrapper. Nice tobacco scent. Very firm, but not too hard to touch. Velvet texture. Non-lit flavor - none. Kinda looks like cardboard up close.



Light: Simple light, light to medium draw

1st 3rd: Mild body. Hint of pepper on lightup. Slight sweet taste. Good smoke volume. Bit of an oily aftertaste with a hint of nuttiness.



Ash: White & Dark Grey mottled. Doesn’t hold on long at any point. Lost it after an inch or so.



2nd 3rd: Pepper & spice flavors gone. Very mild. Nut flavor more distinct along wit sweet taste. Still oily a bit on finish and a creamy blend of flavors. Cool burn.



3rd 3rd: Moving into the home stretch. Mellow, cool burn. Graduates to a mild nose exhale. Oil & nut flavors dominant. Still has certain creamy finish. No burn problems at all.



Overall impression: I like these for a mild body cigar with several layers of flavor. Inexpensive & decent quality. Score: Mid 80's
