    Ah. I thought that maybe you were one of the affected ones and were feeling the need to shift a tad to the left .

    As for the Act, it cleans up some inconsistencies in the rules. About as newsworthy as a Portugese Water Dog, and getting publicized in the same don't-worry-be-happy vein, IMHO.

    Anyhow, when the Polar War with Russia starts in a year or two, whether one has US or Canadian citizenship will not be relevant.
