I've seen rollers at the Colombia Resturant in Yabor City, Florida. There is one elderly Cuban gentleman there that rolls. He is super cool.

If you are ever there try their Cuban Sandwich...Primo.

The Columbia in Ybor is GREAT. Really top notch food. I think I had a dish made of filet mignon medallions. Yum. I really enjoyed their fresh, authentic cuban bread and Sangria. Yum.

If you ever get a chance to watch a master roller, you should jump at it. It is hard to appreciate a good hand made cigaar until you see what sill goes into making one.

I visited Ybor over winter break and ate at the Columbia myself. I had a stuffed sole dish if I recall correctly and the sangria was really great. Finished off my meal with the spanish cream dessert (forget its name, but its sort of like a creme brullee) and a nice cafe con leche. Stopped at their store afterwords and purchased a couple of their cigars.
