I've seen rollers at the Colombia Resturant in Yabor City, Florida. There is one elderly Cuban gentleman there that rolls. He is super cool.![]()

The Columbia in Ybor is GREAT. Really top notch food. I think I had a dish made of filet mignon medallions. Yum. I really enjoyed their fresh, authentic cuban bread and Sangria. Yum.Originally Posted by cigarsarge
If you ever get a chance to watch a master roller, you should jump at it. It is hard to appreciate a good hand made cigaar until you see what sill goes into making one.

I visited Ybor over winter break and ate at the Columbia myself. I had a stuffed sole dish if I recall correctly and the sangria was really great. Finished off my meal with the spanish cream dessert (forget its name, but its sort of like a creme brullee) and a nice cafe con leche. Stopped at their store afterwords and purchased a couple of their cigars.Originally Posted by Crickett
