Smoke: Sol Cubano Cuban Cabinet ~ Magnum
    Drink(s): Ice water
    Tunes: nothing

    Wrapper: Ecuador
    Binder: Nicaraguan / Honduran
    Filler: Nicaraguan / Honduran
    Draw: Medium
    Burn: Pretty good, sideways through 1st & 2nd 3rd
    Misc: 90 minutes.

Pre-light: Velvety, Shiny, medium brown. Light tobacco musky smell. Looks good. Prelight taste of leather with a bit of spice.

Light: Easy. Light to medium draw. Let’s get down to business!

1st 3rd: About 5-10 minutes in… medium to full body. Medium flavor. A little resistance on the draw. Burns & smokes well sofar. Leather, sweet & spice mostly on top of tongue. Not a pepper spice, but more of a…. I dunno, not pepper. Oily aftertaste surround the palate. Pretty nice sofar. Had to do a touch up, sideway burn about 20 minutes in.

Ash: Scaly, grey/white Holds on for 1.75inches (voluntary break off)

2nd 3rd: Mellows out now. Spice is gone, maybe a solid medium body left. Leather dominant. Oily too. Burn doesn’t want to clear up (yet), but not too distracting. Touch of nutty kicking in now. Flavors have moved to tip of tongue & sides.

3rd 3rd: Oily, leather. Getting warmer too. Pretty basic flavor profile with only the development of the “nutty” as time went on

Overall impression: Good. I would pick up a 5er of these. Thanks you to Smoked! for allowing the opportunity!!!!

Thanks for the review. I've been curious about these because, I believe, they're made by Abdel Fernandez and I've really enjoyed his Man O' War and A. Fernandez Signature lines. Sounds like I'll have to give this one a try.

It can't hurt to have a few of these on hand. I wonder how they'll develop with six months in the humi...
