I'm going to assign each potential winner a number according to the order they posted in. The Daily Number lottery game in PA draws 3 single digit numbers. I'll add up the 3 numbers from today's midday drawing. Whoever has the number corresponding to the last digit of the sum will win.

4,5 - Eville
6,7 - BDurrani
8,9 - alliaphagist

The numbers are 4,8, and 5 which add up to 17. The last digit is 7 so BDurrani wins!

I seriously hate cigarbid.com. I have another box on my Watch List. Depending on how it goes I might have another contest this weekend. For my wallets sake I hope that's not the case.
