Thread: Other accessories

    Default Other accessories

There's a lot of information about the basic accessories one would use when enjoying cigars (lighters, ashtrays, humidors/coolerdoors, cutters) but what are some of the "other" accessories that you use occasionally or on a regular basis?

For example, I saw a pic of someone using a dart to skewer a cigar so he could enjoy it down to the very last bit. I've used a small drill bit to try to unplug a cigar with moderate success.
Each day I break my previous record of consecutive days alive.

I don't have anything to add, but I am really looking forward to the responses . . .

I occasionally use a paper clip for a nub that I do not want to stop smoking and also keep a pipe dedicated to the same- assuming a ring gauge of 52 or less for what goes in the pipe.

A long thin fly-tying wire is sometimes used as a draw-poker to open up cigars bound too tightly or overpacked with filler.
