I had one that did the canoe and one that tunneled pretty severely. In both cases, the flavor was on the sour side with an acrid finish. They were smoked well after settling from shipment, and about 3 months apart.

I remember the other one or two as being nice, simple straightforward medium strength smokes. Nothing stellar, but good smokes.
