Pre-light: Medium to dark brown wrapper. Very nice construction. Not much prelight scent, maybe faint tobacco. Light sweet tobacco prelight taste. Has a pretzel like look / texture to the surface.



Light: Easy with a medium draw.

1st 3rd: Sweet & rich tobacco flavor. Oily. Not really any spiciness to it. Medium body. Full flavor. Roasted nut flavor. Smooth, but has a slight toothiness to it.



Ash: Medium gray with black waves. Fell off after ¾”



2nd 3rd: Again, a nice sweet flavor, tobacco. Kind of different from most smokes. Has a salty taste to it now and is slightly numbing my tongue. Medium to full nose exhale burn. Complex (to me)



3rd 3rd: More chocolaty now. Evolving. Almost a minty aftertaste. Very nice cigar.



Overall impression: In my brief introduction to the Illusion brand, this appears to be my favorite. Must….get….box….
