    Default Intro from a newbie

Hello all, I just wanted to take a moment and introduce myself to your forum, my name is Tom, I'm from Queens New York, I'm 26 years old and new to the world of cigars. I've always enjoyed a cigar here and there (mostly the cheap variety) I figured it was finally time to step up my game. My girlfriend was kind enough to get me an early valentines day gift of a 100ct humidor with a variety of some 5 Vegas cigars. I've been prowling around the forums for a while now just trying to absorb some knowledge and have found plenty of great info, I've basically been trying to decide what to stock my humidor with, being as I don't know what I like yet. So thanks for having me in your little community here, I look forward to learning all I can here.
    Thanks all
    Tom

    Welcome from Arizona! Nice intro!

I am kind of new here too, some great information to be had. Enjoy those 5 Vegas cigars, I have heard good things and picked up a sampler recently myself. Have not fired one up yet, but I am looking forward to it!

Welcome from the Republic of Texas. Good intro btw. There is a wealth of knowledge on this board for all to absorb. Hope you enojy the 5 Vegas, they are some of my "go to" cigars. Again, welcome to the board.

Welcome from Colorado! This is a great place to learn just about everything about cigars. You should check out the Newbie Sampler Thread in the exchange. It is a great way to find some new smokes, especially if you are new.

Welcome from Oregon! Hope you enjoy your experience... I know that I have! Try some CAO and some Artuo Fuentes they are great cigars IMO. Can't go wrong with Vegas 5 either. I enjoy them too. Roger.

I also recommend you look in to the Newbie Sampler Thread in the exchange.

Its a good way to try some decent cigars.

I have only had one 5 Vagas the Limitada 2009 but it was a damn good cigar if you ask me.
You can also spend some time reading the reviews thread.

Well, welcome from NW PA very nice intro, I think the 5 Vegas are a good cigar to start with.
I also second the newbie sampler.

Oh you youngin's .... you know shoes are like diamonds, a girls best friend. I get cigars, my wife gets shoes .... and if she complains you always have a really good way to end the discussion in your favor.

5 Vegas are great cigars, my favorites are their more robust lines like the Series "A", the Miami, and the Relic.

    And welcome to the forums!
