Default Dunhill Flake in a corn cob

Almost a contradiction in terms, smoking Dunhill in a corn cob!
I only smoke corn cobs, though, and have off and on for nearly thirty years(when I wasn't not smoking).
I used to smoke Navy Flake from Tinder Box when there was a Tinder Box in every mall around Chicago. I always just rubbed it out and loaded it like normal. I only recently found out about the "fold and stuff" method of loading it. Now, I'll never smoke anything but flake.

Default What's in your bowl today?

I had my first bowl of Early Morning Pipe last night. Even though it seemed like my timing was off by about half a day, it still had way more about it that I rather enjoyed than the aromatics I've been sucking on.

I may have found a new "problem".

I'm back to a mild aromatic to round out my evening. Cades Cove Cavendish.

Trying the Consummate Gentleman today. I like this one quite a bit so far, very smooth with a nice little spice.

I started with a bowl of GL Pease Quiet Nights. This was my first bowl of this and it was very good.

Finishing off the evening with some Cades Cove Cavendish.

I had some Haunted Bookshop before the rock n roll show. I liked it enough that I'm having it again now.

Over the weekend while cleaning my pipes:
    Esoterica Penzance
    Luxury Navy Flake
    Seatle pipe club plum pudding
    Pirate Kake
Some homade stuff with burley / maduro cigar leaf / Va red tips....not bad, a little heavy on the maduro leaf.

I've decided to start hitting the pipe again. Had a bowl of Early Morning Pipe and Cades Cove Canvendish so far today.

I finally made a pipe "investment". Got a new Peterson tonight and some new tobacco to help break it in.

Been hitting the pipe more lately. Not sure if I'm finally learning how to smoke or if my mouth is just numb to it but I really don't get any tongue bite anymore. Having some Nightcap in my Peterson on this fine Tennessee evening.
