I took the name from a song that I liked some years ago, and I have used it in quite a few places.

I saw that someone felt that I was making fun of their religion with the name. That was not my intention. Though I suppose it could be considered taking the lords name in vein or that I am considering myself to be a false prophet, etc. Usually some people have fun with the name, like the lightning comments.

My apologies to anyone that I have offended.

Let me look into how I would go about changing it.

For the record, the "I do great things" comment in the other thread was not related to the Messiah moniker. It's from Jersey Shore, a horribly great show on MTV that we were all compelled to watch in NJ. We had to see how some Staten Island folk were defaming the state.
