Smoke: Don Melo ~ Robusto
Drink: Yuengling Bock Beer
Tunes: Supertramp ~ Breakfast in America

Wrapper: Honduran
Binder: Honduran
Filler: Honduran
Draw: medium to tight
Burn: good
Misc: 60+ min smoke

Pre-light: Triple cap. Medium to dark brown wrapper. Little split on side of wrapper, but otherwise constructed well. Slight musky scent. No prelight flavor.

Light: Easy. Medium to tight draw.

1st 3rd: Dark, oily, rich. Full body and flavor. Sweet tobacco and a fair amount of spice. Leaves a kind of pungent aftertaste. Leathery, and also some salt flavor on the aftertaste.

Ash: Layered nice. Blackish to medium gray

2nd 3rd: Leathery and musky. Salty / spicy sting on the aftertaste. Pretty different, and enjoyable smoke. My only complaint at this point would be the borderline tight draw. There’s woodsy aspects to the flavor also.

3rd 3rd: Mostly the same profile, but more intense now. Strong leather and woodsy notes. Spicy with the salty musky pungent aftertaste. Different. Leaving a real thick taste coating my palate.

Overall impression: Not for everyone. I’m not even totally sure where to get this particular smoke!

Thank you nvd21 for allowing me the opportunity to burn this one down!
