Give it a week. The cigars/humidor combined will need time to stabilize. Besides, if your rh stays at 66% you're golden. I keep my stuff right around there and, to me, they smoke better than at the 70% range.
On another note, I could give a shit less if you post an intro, but if you do want to hang around and post, clean up your spelling/grammar/punctuation, etc.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Your sticks were probably a little dry. It should balance out.

When it starts to get hot out and my average indoor temp goes from 60-65 to 70-75, my humi climbs past 75% and eventually goes back down around 70%. The point is, the humidity will fluctuate whenever something changes. Open the lid, add a bundle of new cigars, take a few out for you and your friends, temperature, etc.

As was stated the humidor will jump around occasionally. The 65% that you have it at currently isn’t a bad thing either; I keep my smoking humidor around 67%.

Before too many people start this, I would suggest getting an introduction posted. While Hefty doesn't mind, I promise you that in the next day or two there will be the "great, who the fuck are you?" posts coming up.

On a side note, I have an iphone also and I've learned not to use it to post up on this forum. The people here are a great resource for information but have no tolerance for punctuation, grammar or spelling issues. Welcome to the boards, if you keep using your iphone, enjoy your stay.

I used to get all worked up over my hygrometer reading. Now I don't even look at it. I just shake my Heartfelt bead tube, if it goes gingle gangle gingle. I add more water. I have a new huge humidor it was a promo by Cusano - a Cuvee. Massive 20x17X14 holds around 250-300 sticks my
hygromter reads a steady 64. I figure it needs more cigars to even it out. I have about 30 in it now. I keep two x-large tubes and a small shot of water to to help out untill I get it filled. I can't be bother with worring about that shit anymore.
