Got something cooking with Nigiri-San.

Just received my package today, and all I can say is WOW. This is just what I had hoped it would be (actually more)...a wide range of different shapes and brands and styles. This will really help me broaden my horizons. I don't recognize everything here, but a few of these I do know you are being really generous with. I am really looking forward to doing a bit of research and then trying all of these in the coming weeks.
