Hi everyone, my name is Luka (don't live on the second floor) and I'm new to the forum and fairly new to cigar smoking. Last year I quit smoking cigarettes and still miss them very much. That summer while in Cuba I decided to try out a cigar and purchased a Cohiba Siglo IV which I smoked and to my surprise enjoyed while relaxing under a Cabana staring out into the empty ocean horizon. There was life after inhaling! I found this forum while searching for humidor ideas.

Customarily, 2 max. Search back a few pages, and see what happened...

I was just kidding. Sorry, I didn't make that more clear. I won't be doing another newbie sampler. From this point forward I will be participating in box splits, passes, secret Santas', contests, general surprises, etc.

BTW I did see that while looking for the damn idol at one point, along with the whole garrrrrrrry episode on the PIF. I'll still be a newbie for quite a while I'm sure, but I'm doing my best to get along.

Just received the sampler from Cigarbear. They got here really fast. Great assortment of cigars! I was shocked when I opened the package. Awesome trade. I cant wait to try some of these. I don't know where to start. Thanks again.

  9. Default Hello!

    Hello all, I'm Paul.

Not too sure what all to say. I just recently bought my first few of cigars after visiting a cigar shop in town, and they go amazingly on a Saturday night after a week of multiple jobs and classes (majoring in computer science with a minor in electrical engineering, so any stress reliever is nice) with a good dinner and a drink.

Anywho I was reading through this thread and the newbie package seems like a sweet idea to try other kinds of cigars. My first purchase consisted of two Davidoff cigars, and two different types of Montesino cigars. I'm not too sure on how the process works, but I would definitely love to give it a shot. Thank you!

Read the first post in this thread. I think it hints at getting a newbie sampler going...

Hey, I'm new to this forum but this seemed really interesting. I live in Australia and was wondering if this was open to people overseas :)
