    Hi folks:

CaptnBlues63 and Philosophy Guy have asked me for samplers.

As some may have realized, I don't have decent web access anymore (hope to have it back in the fall) - so I can't really be on that often. Also, the new gf is, ah, keeping me busy doing something else rather than smoking cigars .

I was partway through a transaction with Philosophy Guy, so I've pm'd him my e-mail address so we can hook up. Any and all progress will be reported here.

If Philosophy Guy doesn't get back to me in the next couple of weeks, then I'll get back to CaptnBlues63 to do a sampler with him.

    Default Hello!

    Hello all, I'm Paul.

Not too sure what all to say. I just recently bought my first few of cigars after visiting a cigar shop in town, and they go amazingly on a Saturday night after a week of multiple jobs and classes (majoring in computer science with a minor in electrical engineering, so any stress reliever is nice) with a good dinner and a drink.

Anywho I was reading through this thread and the newbie package seems like a sweet idea to try other kinds of cigars. My first purchase consisted of two Davidoff cigars, and two different types of Montesino cigars. I'm not too sure on how the process works, but I would definitely love to give it a shot. Thank you!

Read the first post in this thread. I think it hints at getting a newbie sampler going...

    Jamie,
Slide me back into rotation on the NST. I got my shit sorted out.

Looking for a trade here and figured the "Newbie" section is the right place to start.

So I need to pay for the trade? I figured I would send something and get something in return.

Am I wrong on how this works?

Thanks so much and I look forward to hearing back from a fellow BOTL

"The Newbie would buy the old guy what he wanted (or send cash) and the "experienced" guy would send the newbie a nice package of assorted singles to get the newbie started on some new favorites"

....... So what does the old experienced guy want?
