Default Good cigar brands? Good small cigars?

Hey guys. I'm new to the forums. Glad to be here! :). I'm not totally new to cigar smoking, Ive smoked for a while and I'm seeking new cigars to try out. I'm not to up on the terminology ofthe various cigar types.
So I have a couple basic questions: Whats are good brands to stick with? Any that should be avoided? What's a good small cigar (ie. Ciggarilo size) I go to this club where they allow smoking but I don't want to rip out a fat cigar for curtesy of those around me, but I still want a cigar that will give me a nice rush that's small. And last question; does the color of a cigar really matter? I hear darker is "stronger".

    Thanks for input and advice!!

Ya I've tried acids before. The waf and the small ones. Good smooth smoke, decent nicotine rush. :)

Well, Xzit, you are the victim of police profiling...

Check out the Fuente Cubanitos and Exquisitos, Cohiba has a decent cigarillo and the CAO italias are pretty good.

Search for frigid kitty reviews, there are some good small cigars listed there. Nubs would be better if they could multi-task, imho.

Have you tried a Clint? It's a good small cigar that has just a hint of sweetness. It's really popular with new smokers

Xzit, I like the Partagas Black Label Prontos, which are 4 3/16 x 36. It's small, but not cigarillo small. Someone thought it was an oversized clove cigarette when I was smoking it. Dark and delicious, this one give me a good buzz.

Also recently bought a box of Famous Buenos Maduritos because I'd read good things about them, though I haven't had a chance to try one yet. At 4 x 42, it has noticeably more girth. A box of 40 is selling for $40. At a dollar a smoke, I wouldn't feel too bad if I was out, plans changed, and I had to end it early.
