    Default Just left the ER

    I was driving my patrol car down the road and some moron decided to change lanes...He wanted the one I was in. He sideswiped the drivers side and pushed me into a fire hydrant. I had to crawl out the passenger side as the other guys car was lodged on the drivers side of my car.

    While making my escape my right knee popped and started to burn. Then the swelling started. The folks at the ER immobilized it and sent me home. I follow up at my physician tomorrow.

    It could have been worse...

    Hope it's not an ac or mcl problem. Driving like an idiot is one thing, but to do it with a police car on the road, that's an whole other level of stupid.

    Sorry to hear about this. I've had lots of knee problems in my younger years and was more active. It's something you don't think about it until it happens. Hope all ends up okay.

    Maybe the other driver was distracted by the delicious smell of that acid you were smoking
