Thread: Cigars like the Camacho Triple Maduro

Default Cigars like the Camacho Triple Maduro

I just ran out of Triple Maduros and have not been able to find a good deal on more (too cheap to pay full price). Does anyone have any suggestions for cigars that are similar in flavor to the Triple Maduros?

I thought I read a post here somewhere that Excalibur Dark Knights are close, any truth to that?

I haven't smoked the Triple Maduro, but from what I've heard and read the CAO MX2 would likely be similar.

I've smoked both. I don't think they're the same. MX2, like denver's saying...maybe, but I think you're getting right back into the same price range, and Trav is looking for the elusive 2 dollar cigar that smokes like an 8! LOL

The CAO is fairly similar but again will hit right in the same price range as the Triple

Nah, I'm not looking for a $2 cigar that smokes like an $8 (well, $11 at my local B&M). When I bought the Triple Maduros they were around $6 per cigar so between $5-$8 would be nice.

I tried the CAO MX2's and didn't like them but that was many months ago and I only tried one. I'll pick up another 1 or 2 and give them another try.

(But if you can find a $2 cigar that smokes just like the Triple Maduro then I would be your bestest friend. )
