    Default Noob Intro

    Hello Everyone,
My name's CS. I'm in So Cal, and have a blog here. I've been smoking cigars about 10 years or so. I've got a large box humidor, we call it the "Sasquatch-a-Dor," that holds about 500 sticks. It's sitting at about 350 right now, but my wife says I need to burn about half of them before the UPS truck shows up again. I don't really have a favorite brand, just a lot of brands that I love. Here's a partial listing:

    CAO MX2
    Excalibur
    AB Maxx
    Brick House
    Casa Magna
    LFD
    VSG
    My Father
    Torano Signature
    Liga Privada T52

I'm fortunate to work from home, so that's where I do most of my smoking, usually in the morning. I get in maybe 4 or 5 sticks a week. I've got a nice covered patio outside, and that keeps me going in all but the hottest So Cal weather.

Anyway, glad to be here. I look forward to getting to know the herf!

    Welcome from western Oregon.

How do you like AB Maxx? I have a 5-er of The Fix (5 x 58) I haven't tried yet.

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone. Trying to keep my head down and my mouth shut, and reading as much as I can so I don't run afoul of the "unofficial" welcoming crew. What does the Rock say? "Know your roll and..."

JiveTurkey, AB Maxx is great. Here's a review of the Ego (9.25×50). Rich and dark with coffee bean and dark chocolate, and a tangy sweet background. Improves with age, too. My box has been parked about a year (I hit'em about once every other month), and they're currently smoking GREAT. Slightly erratic burn on some of them, but nothing unmanageable.
