Hello Guys and Ladies

Just joined the forum Sat.. Just wanted to introduce myself. Coming to you from Desoto, TX(Suburb of Dallas). I've smoked cigars on and off for about 5 years but never really knew what I was doing. Decided to take it to another level. I've already learned more in the last two days than five years. Other hobbies are golf, fishing, and playing bass guitar(not very well). My goal with this hobby is to learn how to appreciate a good cigar like a nice glass of wine. I know you guys have a wealth of knowledge and I want to learn. I've already placed my order for the newbie sampler. Can't wait!

Way to go on getting in on the Newb Sampler it's a great way to experience a bunch of different sticks you may not normally be able to get!

Can't wait for the smokes. Got my makeshift humidor ready. Per your advice, I purchased the moisturizer beads. This is perfect timing. I only smoke outdoors and the weather is finally cooling here in TX. Kinda miserable smoking outdoors in 100 degree heat. Thanks again.

I think I'll stick with my dry heat. I like to have at least 2 min before I break out into a drenching sweat.

Answer to 2nd question about wine is I love it. Mostly reds. Thanks for the welcome.
