Need opinions: Slug optics, red dot or holo?

I got me some bad eyes now adays. For the long guns if I focus on my target, the sites are blurry and vice versa. I put scopes on the rifle and muzzleloader but don't need magnification on the slug gun. I want to try a single site profile, like a red dot or holo, rather than irons.

I was leaning towards this:

But wanted to hear from anyone who has used either for slugs (or turkey).
