    Default Coney Burgers!

This goes back a couple of days. At that time, a discussion was had regarding Coney Burgers, and right now that sounds really good. Several of us in that conversation wanted the recipe, and I wasn't kidding when I said I wanted it either!

Badwhale, this is your official sticky note...hook us up with the recipe Brother!

LOL. I did scan the sheet at work, and that's as far as I got. I'll figure something out today.

Is that readable? They're all about the same, but I usually use the one by "a friend"

Oh yeah, I can read that just fine. All else fails I just save it as an image and zoom in.
I mentioned what it was to the wife and kid, and they think it sounds kind of gross, but the nice thing about being the cook sometimes is they don't get a choice! I'll probably trying whipping that up in the next week or so, not tell them, and serve it up for dinner. (They should just be thankful I don't do what was done to me when it came to beef heart stew. Nothing like eating something and then being told.)
    Thanks Will!

LOL. there were 2 of those actually. I just lifted the grill, pulled them out, and finished cooking them.

Here we go again. I'm firing up the grill momentarily to cook up another 2 dozen of these bad boys. Yay church yardsale! (meaning, I don't really want to be doing this...)

I will compliment the grill with a LFD chiselito.

If I saw this thread before, I forgot about it.

Will, do you still have that scan?

I'd love to get you to send it to me so I could print it out. I'm too lazy to type all that info out........LOL.........and I would really like to try that recipe. Bet it would work great with moose, elk, or deer too!

You can right click on the recipe and "save picture as", then print.

It does look good Will, I'll be trying it too. Thanks.

ETA...Of course I will have to tweak the recipe slightly to cook them on The Egg.

Yum, that looks awesome! I definitely think grilling vs. frying is the way to go.
