    Default Coney Burgers!

This goes back a couple of days. At that time, a discussion was had regarding Coney Burgers, and right now that sounds really good. Several of us in that conversation wanted the recipe, and I wasn't kidding when I said I wanted it either!

Badwhale, this is your official sticky note...hook us up with the recipe Brother!

LOL. I did scan the sheet at work, and that's as far as I got. I'll figure something out today.

Is that readable? They're all about the same, but I usually use the one by "a friend"

Oh yeah, I can read that just fine. All else fails I just save it as an image and zoom in.
I mentioned what it was to the wife and kid, and they think it sounds kind of gross, but the nice thing about being the cook sometimes is they don't get a choice! I'll probably trying whipping that up in the next week or so, not tell them, and serve it up for dinner. (They should just be thankful I don't do what was done to me when it came to beef heart stew. Nothing like eating something and then being told.)
    Thanks Will!

LOL. there were 2 of those actually. I just lifted the grill, pulled them out, and finished cooking them.

So, do you serve them on a bun? Or eat them with a fork and knife?

On a bun. Some people put more ketchup on them too, or mustard.

They look so saucy! I figured it might be an open face sandwich. Regardless, they look yummy.
