Smoke: Alec Bradley Select Cabinet Reserve ~ Robusto
Drink: None
Tunes: None

Wrapper: Honduran
Binder: Honduran / Nicaraguan
Filler: Honduran / Nicaraguan
Draw: Light to Medium
Burn: Good
Misc: 60+ minute duration

Pre-light: Connecticut maduro shade wrapper. Decent construction, not immaculate, but good. Musky sweet tobacco scent with a somewhat rich leathery tobacco punched prelight flavor

Light: Easy light with a medium draw.

1st 3rd: Smooth and creamy texture. Sweet tobacco flavor with a little oil and leather. Basic sofar, but enjoyable.

Ash: Caked and fragile appearance. Light gray color. Holds on for about ¾”

2nd 3rd: Had to relight, but mostly because I was piddling around in the basement here and neglected it. Still smooth with leather and sweet tobacco flavors. It hasn’t developed much, outside of the creamy texture leaving, and in place building strength with a little bite. Medium to light body cigar with mild to medium flavor profile.

3rd 3rd: A lot like the 2nd 3rd. Smooth, medium body. Leather and oil, and sweet tobacco. Pleasant smoke. Draw has opened up to a light to medium. Nice tobacco aftertaste.

Overall impression: Good smoke. Would I go out of my way to find more? Probably not, but if it was in a sampler, or a mixed bag, all the better.
