Thread: Good news!!!

  1. Default Good news!!!

The doc cleared me to go back to work on January 17. It's been a nasty battle with the workman's comp folks. They drug their heals since June 10...The day of my traffic accident. I'm glad it's over!!!

I feel great...Just a little pain from my neck getting used to the hardware they installed.

During my time off I've grown a full beard and let my hair grow long. I knocked on the Sheriff's door to let him know I was coming back. He did not recognize me until I spoke to him.

Bucking for undercover? It's exciting work I understand. A State Trooper friend of mind is an undercover cop. He was working on busting a whore house. He's also the scoutmaster of our troop. Had to lie to the kids about why he missed a meeting. Good luck.

    Doc.
Do draft dodgers have reunions? And if so what do they talk about?

Actually there is a street crimes supervisor slot I'd love to snag...Prolly will never happen. I'm pretty entrenched in my slot now...I supervise a bunch of young guns...21-30 year old guys. My age tempers their enthusiasm so a workable medium occurs. My crew gets fewer internals than any other shift while keeping stats up. it's pretty easy on evening shift.
