Default Can you purchase Cuban cigars in Native American territory

So with the latest deal with Yemen and all incoming freight being searched, ordering Cuban cigars online has become easier said then done.

I have enough to last me a few months, but was curious, when I go to North Carolina this spring, will I be able to purchase Cuban Cigars in Cherokee? Not sure if Tribal territory is covered by the embargo. Thanks in advance and happy holidays.
