As much as I hate to interrupt the buzz-bash...

Just finished smoking that delectable puro that Rich sent me. The characteristics of the cigar made me think ISOM, but it lacked a triple cap. It appeared to be a pigtail though (tip broke off) so maybe those don't have the signature triple cap. I'm kind of hoping it wasn't so I can get some more, but I'm going to go with my gut on this one and say ISOM. Bring on the tag!

    Proposed puts:
    Graycliff blue label Professional
Siglo Limited Reserve X (not ISOM)
Something else that I will pick up from my B&M tomorrow and post here.

Sorry Dave, but that was the new MOW Puro Authentico. A Nicaraguan puro. Supposedly it's A.J. Fernandez's personal blend. The pattern is all shot to hell now...

On a side note, my pc has been having issues the past few days. I'll get my new sig tag up as soon as I can post without using my phone.

Awesome sig tag there!! I approve.

Ok, so I smoked the nude puro last night.

This cigar was a robusto that was a bit veiny and had a slight box press? It smelled of strong wood and grass, which was the same for the dry taste. It had a very pleasant taste that was creamy and smooth, but I can't put my finger on it. I'm possibly thinking it could be Cuban at this point. A earthy/woody tasted developed in the second part, possibly the taste I couldn't put my finger on as it might have been too subtle, along with a strong tobacco taste.

Overall this was a good smoke. It was straight forward with a very good taste.

My first thought is Dominican and the second is Cuban. I'm going with my first thought, which is Dominican.

    Thanks for the great stick!

    My proposed puts:
    1) Padron Panetela Maduro
    2) Famous Private Selection Nicaraguan Corojo Corona (NOTE: I can't find a price for these, as they are no longer on Famous' site. Let me know I need to put something else or if you have a price for them.)
    3) El Cobre Lonsdale
    Yay! Cigars!

That was a nice little review there, unfortunately, it wasn't Dominican. That was a Tatuaje Havana VI Nobles, a Nicaraguan puro. DPG rolls a pretty good cigar, doesn't he?
