Ok so the mystery stick. Removed it from it's beautiful, extremely well constructed celophane wrapper, I can only imagine was the work of a true master with years and years of experience, and took a nice long smell. The moment this cigar met my nose I was excited to smoke it, it was well constructed had a nice feel, not to firm not to soft, it was exactly what you would look for when picking that prized smoke from the humi. I grabbed the double guillotine, I prefer punch but I had a feeling this time, and snipped the cap, beautiful. Put the cigar in my mouth and tested the draw and it was just right as well. At this point I felt like Goldilocks a bit and I was grabbing the baby bear's items. So I light it up and take a draw, nice light feeling smoke with a hint of bite but not too much. It burned perfect, drew excellent and tasted great.

I had a rough day of house construction and getting a blowout on my motorcycle and this cigar made all that go away, the Aberlour probably helped a bit too. Anyway I can't say for certain the country of origin but that little bite felt a bit like what others have described as the Nic zing so I am going to go ahead and say Nicaragua.

Be gentle.
