    Exclamation Bloom or Mold?

I just received a box of Montecristo No 2 and it has white spots on all the cigars. I wanted to see if this was bloom or mold? Thanks for any help! See below pictures:

Take a magnifying glass, and if it looks like little stalks, it's mold. I've always been told that plume looks like tiny sparkles where the oil has crystalized on the leaf.
