No freakin' way!! There's not a snowball's chance in hell this is a scam. Now that Castro has quit smoking, there's such an overabundance of cigars - Cuba is just GIVING 'em away Jeezuz - damn near all of the legitimate Cuban cigar places offer AT LEAST 50% off of their stock.
