Nope. Didn't PM Mangy as I thought I only had to check with the person running it.

Told Tachy I would look into it and see where I could find them.

Nice, so someone gifts you a cigar for a specific purpose, in this case to pass along to the next participant. You ask someone else what to do, they say get some other cigar that doesn't meet the pass requirements, and THEN, you just assume the first cigar is yours and smoke it.
